The day-to-day operation of the Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association is run by a staff of four individuals:
- Kelly Boes - Executive Director
- Registration, discipline, general hockey inquiries
- Shirley Badrock - Office Administrator
- Accounting
- Irene Andres-Kidd - Administrative Assistant
- Coach and safety clinics, resource library, general inquiries
- Rachelle Raymond - Scheduling and Ice Allocations
- Scheduling, ice rentals
Office hours at the SMHA office are from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday from the period August 20th through April 30th.
